Non-Returnable Products
Our products are non-returnable once purchased. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering. However, in exceptional cases where the product is received damaged, we may consider a refund.
Eligibility for Refund
To request a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for a refund in the event of a damaged product, you must provide a clear unboxing video. The video should clearly show the condition of the product and that the damage occurred during transit or packaging. The product must be shown with proper views in the video.
- The video must be sent within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refund Process Time
Once we receive your unboxing video, it will be reviewed by our team. If the damage is confirmed, a refund will be processed within 7 days. Approval of the video is subject to our review, and refunds will only be granted after confirming the issue.
Shipping Time
- The standard shipping time for your order is 0–7 business days.
- If your product is deemed eligible for a refund, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
How to Request a Refund
If you have received a damaged product and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Record a clear unboxing video that shows the damaged product.
- Email the video and your order details to info@pinsumehndiart.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will review the video, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time.
- If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@pinsumehndiart.in.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for our products. If a product is found to be damaged, please follow the refund process outlined above.
Shipping Returns
To return a product in the case of a refund, please send it to:
